1. Mental Fitness Classes

High-energy group sessions that combine movement, music, and mindset work. Led by certified instructors, these classes are designed to reduce stress, build self-confidence, and elevate mood through guided physical exercise. Opening times from 4 morning till 11 an 3 till 8 evening mon to fri weekends are available but prices double

2. Active Adults

This class is crafted for all experience levels—from complete beginners to fitness regulars. With energetic routines and motivational coaching, it helps improve cardiovascular endurance, strength, flexibility, and mental clarity.

3. Active Kids

Fun and dynamic sessions for children, designed to encourage movement, social interaction, and emotional regulation through playful, high-energy workouts that build healthy habits from a young age.

4. Cycle Training

Stationary bike workouts paired with upbeat music and instructor guidance. These sessions are suitable for all levels and aim to build stamina, burn calories, and create a powerful release for mental stress.

5. One-to-One Personal Training

Services 1 to 1 training diet plans an fitness plans available. Personalized fitness coaching tailored to your individual mental and physical wellness goals. We work with you at your own pace, focusing on sustainable progress and supportive guidance.
