Highly recommended, Kingston is very enthusiastic and cheerful during training sessions. I am thoroughly enjoying myself and always motivated to go to the next session because I feel relaxed and not pressured into doing something way beyond my abilities. Kingston always encourages you to try and improve and I’m starting to see the improvements. It’s nice to have someone as cheerful as Kingston to train you as it makes each session more enjoyable.
KTK fitness is amazing! I started about 2 months ago and he is always pushing me harder every week. When I first started I couldn’t even lift 15kg now I’m lifting 110kg on certain areas I couldn’t before! If I didn’t have KTK fitness I wouldn’t be in the gym everyday and seeing results! I highly recommend👍💪

Can’t recommend working with kingston highly enough. His warm open approach along with consistent encouragement and motivation really inspired me today to believe that I can achieve the results I want.
